NTT Arcstar Network View gives NTT customers on-the-go access to the information they need to keep their networks running 24x7x365. See near real-time status of site availability and site performance for all locations around the world, monitor device details, view and update trouble tickets.
With this app, NTT customers can:
• See a world map of locations with near real-time site availability status
• Zoom in on each site and filter on site status (i.e. Critical, Major, Resolved, Good)
• Check the status of open tickets and provide updates to the NTT Operations Center
• View performance for each site, including packet loss, latency and circuit utilization
• Contact local managers/team leads for each site
• Search on closed tickets to review ticket history
• View escalation contact information for NTT Operations Center
